Press the Capture button.

Select the Take Screenshot option to save the screenshot.

An icon will appear in the top right corner of the screen to indicate a screenshot has been taken.

You screenshot can be found in the Media Gallery app.

Extra: Shortcut

You can take a screenshot quickly by pressing and holding the Capture button until the screenshot icon appears in the top right.

Extra: Share via PlayStation App

Once enabled, screenshots and videos made on your PS5 will be uploaded to the cloud and made available for 14 days.

Screenshots and videos can be saved to your device for sharing to other social media applications, or sent directly to your friends in the PlayStation App.
