The Xbox One allows you to take screenshots during gameplay. You must have Xbox Live Gold to be able to capture screenshots.

Press the Xbox button.

Press the Y button to save the screenshot.

You screenshot can be found in the Upload app.
Extra: OneDrive
After taking the screenshot, you can Share it to different services, including OneDrive.
Your screenshot will appear in
OneDrive\Pictures\Xbox Screenshots.
